Once your form is submitted, we will share with you a spreadsheet of artists seeking hosts for your review and vice versa. Please note that while you may choose to seek out an artist on your own, it is the artist’s obligation to initiate making a connection with a host.

The Exhibitor participating in the Stone Harbor Arts & Crafts Festival (“Artisan”) and House Host owner (“Host”) agree and acknowledge that the Borough of Stone Harbor is only exchanging information provided by the Artisan and the House Host. Artisan and Host acknowledge that the Borough of Stone Harbor makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of information provided by either the Host or the Artisan. Artisan and Host agree and acknowledge that in no instance will the Borough of Stone Harbor, or its affiliates, agents or employees be liable to Artisan or Host for, and Artisan and Host fully release the Borough of Stone Harbor from, any claim, suit, action, loss, expense or liability relating to or arising from the Stone Harbor Arts & Crafts Festival, their respective participation in the Stone Harbor Arts & Crafts Festival, Artisan’s stay at the Host home, the relationship between the Artisan and the Host, or their reliance on information provided by the Borough of Stone Harbor or the other party. The Borough of Stone Harbor recommends that Artisan and Host confirm the information provided before making housing arrangements. The Artisan and the House Host jointly and severally shall each defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Borough of Stone Harbor and its affiliates, agents and employees, from and against any and all liability, claims, suits, actions, losses and expenses, including costs and attorney fees, relating to or arising out of any claim or demand of any kind or nature which any person or party may make against the Borough of Stone Harbor based upon the relationship between the Artisan and the House Host.
